The most heard murothal or recitations of the quran among us is from Shaykh 'Abdurrahman Sudais hafizhohullah. He is one of the imams and preachers of the Grand Mosque, Makkah Al Mukarromah. Of course, his voice is so melodious and so Nice when he read The Qur'an. He is not only hafiz (Memorize) quran, but also a specialist in the science of Fiqih. How is his ideals in childhood? Here's the story.
When Shaykh Sudais was in the age of the children, the mother always said, "Oh 'Abdurrahman, memorize the Quran, Insha Allah will be the imam of the Masjidil Harom." So motivational motivation from mother to little Sheikh Sudais can be motivated to memorize qur'an.
Then whenever little Sheikh Sudais came to the Masjidil Harom, he looked more closely at how the conduct of the imam was there. Then in his mind imagine, is it possible he will be like that (become the imam of the Harom Mosque) from day to day?
Then the thought of little Sheikh Sudais finally provoked. The encouragement from her mother had really motivated her. Then he imagined again in his mind, "Could it be that I can memorize qur'an without being mistaken? Could I possibly recite the Qur'an without making a mistake?"
Finally with the gift of God, we can see for ourselves how he reads through prayers at the Harom Mosque. Also present when he read the verse, memorization is so strong, we do not find defects here and there. This is the fadhlullah, the gift of God given to whomever He wills. [1]

1. The motivation encouragement of the parents is very easy a child can be sholeh and can be a memorize qur'an.
2. Memorize the quran in childhood like someone is very easy to carve in stone. But it is never too late to memorize the qur'an. There are several real stories that show there are parents who are already headed five (55 years) memorize the qur'an. There is a 60 year old also became hafizh qur'an. That is the gift of God.
3. To memorize qur'an someone who gets the motivation of the Qur'an is easy to memorize. This kind of motivation will make the child or others more motivated to memorize the qur'an, different if given the opposite motivation.
Allah Ta'ala said,
ولقد يسرنا القرآن للذكر فهل من مدكر
"And verily We have made it easy for the Qur'an to study / Memorize, so is there any who take lessons ( Is there any want to Memorize it ? ) ?" (QS Al Qomar: 17).
Being with the taufik and the ease of our God can be part of the people who become hafizh qur'an perfectly. If we as parents, do not forget to motivate our children to memorize the qur'an, because it will raise the degree of our children in the world and the hereafter, parents will get the good. Do not forget to join with prayer
